Would it be possible to make a custom emoticon manager plugin?
Because the manager built into MSN Messenger sucks.

Very, very unlikely if any of us can do this.
It's been requested before, and it's been agreed that it'd be too hard at the minute

I've been using custom emoticons and they are not normal sized..when i roll down the emoticon board, only the normal size fraction of the emoticon is displayed, i mean, it's a lot of mess!
i've searched for a emoticon manager but didn't find it
is there any news on a emoticon manager?

there is a custom emoticon and display picture manager, go to mess.be-->downloads(at top of page)-->msn addons&bots-->page2. it has a thumbs up thing with it.
