Ok I have version 6.0.0602 and i tried this patch but some reason its says there is no such file. Im confused I hada a polygamy patch b4 hand from mess.be and now i cant use this and i would like to. PLEASE HELP!! thanx!

umm.. the patch is quite straighforward...self-explanatory, run it, it'll ask if you wanna find the right .exe to patch. Find msnmsgr.exe (your MSN Messenger 6) and it will patch it...

I cant find any .exe files. i ahve searched my whole computer and nothing shows up..

its usually in: c:\program files\msn messenger\

there is a file msmsg.exe but everytime i try to use that it says here is an error that something else is using that file

Did you exit Messenger before trying to patch it?

yes. I always exit it out from the tray b4 i try to apply any patches

odd the file should be called msnmsgr.exe not msnmsgs.exe

Another way is to: Take the backup that is automatically made, and change it from "msnmsgr.bak" to "msnmsgr.exe" after deleting your current one. It should be fine and please ignore the quotation marks when looking for the name.
