after many requests... i decided to make it (THIS WAY YOU GET QUALITY j/k)

i made it in like 5 mins... so if you find any errors please tell me.

it changes the font color, you need to close your active chatwindows for the changes to take effect.

commands:

/xCLChange  : change color... color selection dialog pops-up.
/xCLShare     :  share the plugin with others

Can you please tell me how to use this, please.

I can get the colour menu to show up, but when i pick the colour i want, I click ok. But my colour stays the same.

Could this be because i'm using the 6.1 beta?

Yes, I signed out of messenger, then closed messenger down.

Was that right?

Well all I had to do was close the window I had typed it in (it was the only window open) and then it worked fine...ah well...you could just use Messenger Helper if you're wanting a colour changer though...works fine...just it's chat logs dont work with 6.1...

whacko u do this in vb or c?

I'm havin trouble in vb writing binary to the registry....I aint dealt in binary before

It's working now

I uninstalled both messenger an Plus!
Installed both again an the colour changer plugin.
All working great now.

This plug-in works great. I haven't found any bugs yet. This is way much faster than going in a paint program to get the color code, then go into the registry.

Sorry i didn't read what you wrote right. When i said i closed down messenger ect, I meant i did that to install the plugin. I did the close convo window only when i did colour change.

Anyways, it's works great now
