Nah.. just do it yourself, its not that hard once you get the nack of it. I should imagin BooGhost would help you with skinning, but asking for the png's is just basicly taking his work.

orite. im jus new to the skinning stuff so am a bit a slow n a don't know nefin

i can give u the origonal pngs...     making a clear msn is kinda easy for most of that window but booghost made all the hard parts look goo (all the parts i couldn't do )

it wouldnt be too hard to do the basic convo window of clearmsn. but the idea is great, and BooGhost has made it f-ing amazing.
