http://messenger.msn.com/ you can only download dependent setups (you have to choose your OS here)...
Also:
Don't slap MS for having minor updates... (heck, Plus! has minor updates too, like any other piece of software). Reason for not loudly annoncing this, is proberly because it wasn't a big security update or alteration in the program's functions, something indeed like a translation-fix or something.
