Never mind that "extract" because the file is not a zipfile anyway.
Choose "Save As" when you click on that link and save the file to a folder or to your desktop to keep it on your computer.
Choose "Open" when you click on that link and the file will be executed immediatly. This will not permanetly save the file to your computer.
