RE: taskbar
Some information about you're computer could be useful...like the processor + OS in particular how much RAM you have could also be useful...are you running any processes that interfere with Internet Explorer or your taskbar

[offtopic]Your avatar was too big so that's why it was removed (by WDZ I presume). Not the first time this week :refuck:[/offtopic]

Well I don't need to really know the monitor, but where those system requirements do look low compared to some of the stuff on the market, they shouldn't do anything to influence your IE in any way.
(lol, your OS is drunk :refuck:)...I have no ideas...I know it's probably a long shot but when did you last do a DeFrag?

RE: taskbar
133MHz...? I'm not surprised. :undecided: I used to have a computer like that. Even starting up was a huge task for it. :P

Try doing defrag and msconfig (get rid of a few programs that start up when Windows does).

RE: taskbar
I recomend installing windows xp. If ya don't wanna do tht, then make sure you have installed IE 6.0 sp1 and have latest javascript version. (If this is available on win 95).
