How do i add a avatar?

here in the forums?
go to user cp > change avatar (from the menu in the left )

if you mean on the forum: go to your user cp and choose "Change avatar"

if you mean in msn messenger: go to your main msn messenger window --> Tools --> "Change Display Picture" and then choose Browse to pick one.
