Problems speaking to contacts

[font=Tahoma]When I have plus installed it will not allow me to talk to my contacts or them to talk to me. [color=blue]

It happened when my m8 sent me sum sort of file that allows u to write on the msn screen in some way. Any suggestions on fixing it?
