Disable sound option missing in config window.

O.P. Disable sound option missing in config window.
It's seems that the check mark to disable emotisounds is missing in the configuration window. This can cause some major headaches.

Plus > Preferences > Instant Messages > Commands & Tags > Allow Sound Commands?

ah! Might be a good idea to put a copy of it there, since you used to just type /sconfig and then uncheck/check it
