   Not sure if this is a bug or if it's been mentioned before. Lets say I set my status to away and add a pesonalised setting i.e Hazey(away){watching the game}.  Now when I come back and set my status to online again,  it still says i'm watching the game. I.e Hazey(online){watching the game}. The only way to get rid of the"watching the game" is to go to where you change your name and manually delete it.

   Anyone else have this happen? I'm gonna do some more testing. I'm using win98 Messenger 6.1.0211 and the latest plus.

Not sure if its a bug either, but if i set my personlized status to away {working} and tehn log in at work i have to manually change my name to get rid of the {working} by deleting it from options.

i am running plus 3 with msn 6.2.0133 and plus 2.54 with same version of msn at work.

Just replying to that so u know ive had that problem too.

This works fine here...
(Plus 3.00.92, Messenger 6.2.0133, Win XP (latest updates))

Make sure you didn't set ResetNameTag to false or 0  in your registry (or that it is modified to that by some plugin/addon/whataver). Use Choli's Plus Tweaker to modify or set this value. (default value is true)

Signing in at another location won't remove your nametag. I've witnessed that when signing in at uni. Doesn't bother me though, because when I sign back in on my own PC, the tag is removed.
