O.P. Disable sound for specific user
is there anyway (besides blocking that person ofcourse :P) to disable sounds from a specific user but to keep it on for others

(may also be the other way around, generally disabled but enabled for specific users)

and if not.. could it be incorperated into the next version? :P

If you mean Messenger's sound, I'm afraid there isn't. If you mean Messenger Plus! Custom sound, there well is. Simply right click the contact > Messenger Plus! Extras > Sound Events. There you can set or unset any sound for any contact. :)
