O.P. Messenger Plus! Mac OS X Port
Ok.  I know on the FAQ page it says that there will never be a Mac port of Messenger Plus, but Patchou is wrong about Mac OS X not supporting APIs.  It may not support *his* APIs, but it obviously supports APIs.  How else would the OS function? :D  Anyway, OS X is very simple to use and learn, and it comes with free Developer Tools for Cocoa (Objective-C) and others, like Java and Carbon.  Unless there's something I don't know, a port to Mac OS X looks very possible.

A PowerMac G3 off of eBay isnt that expensive, and it will run the latest version of OS X, it just probably isn't fast enough for what he needs (a Blue and White is like six years old).

That's what I'm thinking.  MS makes it to where MSN Messenger for Mac OS X stinks.  They could make it better, as seen with aMSN.  I personally hate aMSN's look, but I like its functionality.
