O.P. Whats the best c++ program to make plugins?
interested in making s plugin not sure of what yet but i wanan know what c++ program is better iv got i .net one but i want the easiest and best

I use Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 .Net for developing c++ programs but its a might harder to get hold of, and it certainly aint free.

used dev-cpp for a while, not been keeping track of the development of it for a while. version 4 was good. version 5 (highnumbered 4 betas, eg 4.9b) looked nicer but took much longer to compile iirc.
