i downloaded the new WLM 8.5  using the new windows installer and tried to patch it with the new Mess.Be Patch. i ticked the box that says "Remove bottom advertisements" and then i patched msn. everything seemed to work except that one function, and this is really annoying cus this is one of the more important ones to me.

when i load up msn its right there as if i didnt check that option. when i run the mess.be patch again it say that i hadnt checked that option, so i tried saving the options (including the removal of advertisements options) and then loading them and trying again, but this didnt work either. i then reinstalled msn and tried again but it also didnt work.

i was wondering if anyone knew how to make it work? help much appreciated...

After you select that option you have to read the next window thoroughly because you have to accept that you really do want the ads removed.
