O.P. Shocked  [release] email plug in
readme by -dt-
because so many people were asking about it i decided to make one hope you like it

commands
/xemail personsemail..msg
/xconfig

in the /xemail command you must write it with the two full stops separating  it
or :) a bunch of errors might come up
eg
bob@hotmail.com..hello how are your doing today

any thing i can do to improve this plug in please tell me
this is really a "demo" version in the next version you will be able to say what subject you
want and other small things like that
edit
version 1.8 added
if you use a mx2.hotmail.com server u will not be able to send to non hotmail addresses if you want to send to all address u must enter a non hotmail pop3 server in the /xdtconfig
eg
mail.esc.net.au

.exe File Attachment: installer.exe (212 KB)
This file has been downloaded 261 time(s).

how about using a space instead of two dots ? and in case no email adress is given, using the current contact's email adress ?

RE: [release] email plug in
In the config dialog it says the config command is /xdtconfig, but it's /xconfig...8-)

I suggest using /xdtconfig, /xcolfig is a bit unlogic, and you can't see if it's your plugin from the command ;), if every plugin would use that command for their options, it would be a mess.:P

EDIT: I've just tested a bit, but it doesn't send the email :S, thuogh I get a message wich says the email was sent:( Do I use the wrong pop3 server or something? (I've left it at mx2.hotmail.com)

O.P. RE: [release] email plug in
alright im changing the command to /xdtconfig right now
and im not sure whats happening with |\/|artij|\| yours martin ill make a debug version so i can see if the server rejects you or sumthing because if the server rejects you it will still say email sent.

Barisko could you give me more deteails like
what command were you using and other things like that
ill upload the new version ina sec

edit
Barisko did you sent the command /xemail <persopn@blah.com..whatyouwantsay> with the brakets?

edit 2
the new file now displays errors and logs them to debug.txt in your plug in folder if you enter a pop 3 server that does not work it will display msgboxs when you go to send a email
if you have any other problems pease attach your debug.txt to your post
edit 3
file now on first post

umm what do u mean if you have a non hotmail email or your sending to a non hotmail?
if your using a non hotmail email u must type /xdtconfig and enter the pop3 server for that email because the mx2.hotmail.com is only for hotmail emails
