In the Preferences window, disable "Automatically log all my chats by default" in the Logging section to disable Messenger Plus! logging.

If you also want to disable MSN Messenger logging, go to Tools > Options and disable that there.

for plus! logs: Plus! --> preferences --> logging --> uncheck "Automatically log all my chats by default".

for msn logs: Tools --> Options --> Messages --> uncheck "Automatically keep a history of my conversations"
