Do you mean large display pics ?
to make them work you must

have the option for  "Over-sized display pictures" turned on ?

and you need to add a new picture, it will then say. keep orginal size? or changed to 96 by 96?
select keep orginal size, then your Display picture should be large

p.s. you don't seem the picture size, only your contacts do, so you will have to ask a contct to tell you if it has worked

you also need to make sure you have the option turned on
-plus/plugins/stuffplug-ng/configure

then make sure that "enable the CE/DP stealer" is ticked, then try using the stealer, see if it works then

i chose to kepp its original size and my contact said there was no size change, does the contact have to have stuffplug ng also?

no, but they might need to resize the window a bit.

How come I dont have a -plus/plugins/stuffplug-ng/configure.
I installed it, but I cant find Stuffplug-NG in Plugins.

have you restarted messenger ?

Yes I have restarted MSN Messenger. Do I have to close Messenger Plus! too when I install StuffPlug-NG?

no you don't.
close messenger proably (not just to the system tray)
then run the installer
then reopen messenger

I did close MSN Messenger properly.

have u tryed installing the plugin again ?

I just did, it didn't work.
