I did the registry tweaking to show when my friends are idle when i log online....

and it doesnt seem to be working...what do i need to do to get it to work?

when you sign in in messenger, do you have the event log window opened? note that until you open the first time that window, plus doesn't start logging events so that report of initial idle people may be lost; i think.
