Its called nickEXP! the only thing is, is that you wont be able to use it to set your nick name so you copy the end result and type this in a message

/nick <the nick name you created> and then press enter

anyway it didn´t helped me i still dont know how to do that effect

to get that effect you have to do the color codes yourself.. like guido did when that was his name
