Resuming files has been asked for a lot. Search the forums, there are dozens of threads on it.

About resuming files, they've already answered you (and by now there isn't any way of doing it)

About the auto accept; you can enable that in the preferences (Plus > preferences > instant messages > 1st chech box)

sobre lo de auto aceptar, puedes configurarlo en las preferencias: plus > preferencias > mensajes instantaneos > auto aceptar peticiones por defecto)
