Ok, firstly I have 2 MSN emails/contact lists.

On list number 1, they are permanently offline, yet I've talked to them before on that email and then all of a sudden, they never came online again, yet on list number 2, they come online like they should.

It's almost like they've blocked list 1, but they insist they haven't, and they have checked the Allow/Block list.

any ideas?

Add them again, maybe you aren't on they're accept list anymore, when you add them again. It will be ask't again.
