O.P. Large Display Pic & Handwriting Pluggins Query

hihi~
i'm using msn 6.1.. it's the correct version for the wtbwplug.. but despite me trying numerous times to install and uninstall this pluggin, this plugin just could not world.. may i know how to solve this problem? and the handwritting pluggin also can't work for me.. where do i download the ink redistributable from?

You will need a program called WinRAR...you can get it for a 30 day trial at www.downloads.com
