I completely love being able to rename my contacts using Plus!, but there's just one niggling thing that annoys me - Messenger sorts the contact list alphabetically by email address. Is it possible that we could have them listed alphabetically by custom contact name?

this has been asked before by various people and unfortunately the answer is no because this is a limitation of messenger
