RE: Monty Python sound plug in
In short: RTFM (Read The Fantastic Manual)

So, Read the README.TXT that comes with it:

quote:
MontyPythonSounds Plugin Version 3
==================================

Introduction
------------
For all the fans of Monty Python, I present 'Monty Python Sounds', version 3!
Completely rewritten in C++, it has four new sounds compared to version 2, and uses
multithreading to allow sounds to played without being interrupted.
The soundbites are from various Monty Python programs and films.

Compatibility
-------------
All versions of Messenger Plus! from 2.20 onwards.

Installation
------------
1. Unzip contents of .zip file to your Messenger Plus! Plugins folder
   (usually C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 3\Plugins)
2. Restart Messenger
3. Er, that's it!

Uninstallation
--------------
1. Quit Messenger
2. Remove files from the Plugins folder (MontyPythonSounds.dll and the
   MontyPythonSounds folder).
3. Restart Messenger

Troubleshooting
---------------
With the new plugin system in Plus! 3, it is possible the plugin is not loaded first time
round. This is easy to remedy:
1. In the Plus! Preferences dialog, select 'Plugins'. Ensure that the tickbox next to
Monty Python Sounds' is checked (note: may say 'Not loaded: montypythonsounds').
2. Sign out and sign in again.

The plugin has been written, like many others, to operate with minimal interaction.
However, if there is a serious problem, the plugin will alert the user. In this case,
check that all files are where they need to be (the original .zip file contains all files
in the right folder structure), and that your version of Plus! is at least 2.20 or later.
If this does not solvbe the problem, e-mail me at raceprouk@hotmail.com with the following:
* Version of Plus!
* Version of DLL (found by looking at the file properties in Windows Explorer)
* Text send/received that triggered the problem

Enjoy!

EDIT: Damn the replies came thick...

Both people have to have the plugin.

And yes, /xmpfart is an action command.
