i dont have windows xp.....i have windows 98..is it going to be same for win '98...??sorry for the trouble:|

no, but similar:

for 9x (with profiles):
\WINDOWS\Profiles\<windows accountname>\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger

for 9x (without profiles):
\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger
