i recently got help to download plus and i was told to save it to my computer because it wasn't working before so i tried that and i got a message saying: access on disk is denied or the setup package is corrupted. here are common ways to solve this problem: log-on with administrative privileges, install in a different directory, restart your computer, download the set up package from a different source. i've tried restarting my computer, saving it in a different directory and downloading it from the mirror sources. i've run out of ideas on what to do. it'd be great if someone could help me. thanks

are you sure u have admin provileges...

another idea would be to click open, then if it dont install, you have it in you tempory interenet files

i dont have admin privileges thats just wut the message says, ive tried opening it but when the set up starts it freezes after 8 of those blue boxes have opened up.
