I was wondering if anyone has run across this problem yet.  At work, I have MSN messenger 5.0 installed (which is the corp standard integrated with Exchange)  with MessengerPlus 3.01/94.

If I do a fresh install of the MessengerPlus, it logs fine but once I reboot and try to view logs again, I get an error that says:

"An internal error occured. Logging is temporary disabled for this chat. Try to reinstall Messenger if the problem persists"

Any ideas?

This may be caused by the fact that your company is using an outdated version of MSN Messenger. If you can install Messenger Plus! on the computer I asume you can install MSN Messenger 6.2.0137 (latest) http://download.microsoft.com/download/0/9/a/09a7...36bb52/SetupDl.exe

Please, don't give the direct download URL, give the URL to the download page so that the user can actually choose which language he wants. (and that he can see what version he's downloading, what the system specs are, etc., etc.)

I hope u mean windows messenger cuz msn dun have exchange integration and that wuld also explain the "version 5.0"

and i heard sumtin bout MsgPlus! not being fully compatible with Windows Messenger eg. the quick icons panel, ne1 else have ne other ideas?

Most of the features of Messenger Plus! are compatible with Windows Messenger, there are only a few that are disabled (like the emoticon panel yes).
