well as shown in the image after i write a message

the message stays with me snd the other person get (myname writes: )

and the rest of the message is blank please help

No it isn't... StuffPlug-NG has issues with InfoPen Pro (or vice versa, whatever)... Do as Chloe suggested and read the whole thread...
