I think they're talking about polygamy.

Sorry, but Messenger Plus! does not have the feature itself to allow you to go on multiple screen names at once, which is also known as polygamy. Although, CookieRevised has a very thorough post about different ways you can sign in on more than one messenger. Nevermind, I was thinking about the Sign-in offline one. Please take a look at Toddy's post below.

haha if you cant get taht you can go to www.mess.be and on the left side panel there'll be a thing that says "msn polygamy" or "multiple msn" Download that and close your msn and run the patch and then reopen as many msns as your little heart desires
