Nothing is wrong with the webcam itself because I tried it out at my cousin's house a few days ago but now it won't work on mine.

Here's some information on my webcam:

I installed everything that was on the disk it came with, but when I plug in the webcam, it only makes the beep and I don't get a popup or anything [the first time I plugged it in, I got a popup but I didn't use the webcam]. It doesn't even show it on the taskbar. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks.
