Game plugin needed

I am a great fan of Battlefield game, I would like to have a plugin which would change my Away to Away {BF1942 - "Server info"} format automatically to show my friends, which server i am playing currently.

Would this be possible at all ?

If someone is willing to do this for Battlefield, also please incorporate: Counter-Strike, Doom III, Call of Duty, etc.
