O.P. Make says invisable
I was wondering if you could take the : says out....so that when you send a msg to someone it just says your name...in the older msgplus you could do this but its not working the same way

The only 'way' I can think of, is that you used colour in your nick to make the says go white. This is still possible: use the /nick2 command in a conversation window, type your name and put a colour code for white at the end.

You can also do this by using the word filter

Never thought about that, very nice suggestion.
  • Go to the Plus! preferences.
  • Go to "Instant Messages" > "Word Filtering".
  • Check "Enable Word Filtering" and "Filter contact names in chat windows".
  • Press "Add..." and fill in "says:".
  • Leave "Replace by:" blank.
Works perfect, thanks jmccarroll for the suggestion.
