O.P. Icon XP/ Adobe PhotoShop Colorizing
If anyone that has used Icon XP's "Colorize feature... do you know if you can do such a thing in Photoshop?

Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance..

thats the only way I know how to do it, its more accurate aswell.
