O.P. Temporary missing style?
I was viewing a thread in the forums then this happened...

Take a look..

As you can see, the font is different, the links are different and the bg images won't load.

Is this a case of the style/stylesheet in the page being missing for a moment??

Thats strange, and its not stylesheet, its php mate :).

Must have been sumit wrong with the server while loading, and it only partially loaded.

i spotted the reason
in bottom left corner it says 30 images remaining :dodgy:
also the page isnt even finished loading yet

i know, but it just wouldn't load anymore. It was only a one-off thing so it doesn't matter now.
