I want to make an German Text-To-Speech plugin, but I don't find any working API calls. I find thousands of lines of code that use the Microsoft Agent, but they don't work...
Here in the forum was such a plug-in + source code for english TTS but it was not downloadable.
So I asked the creator. But he did not answer, so could pleeeaase anyone send me the files or post the URL where to get them?

I am using VB6 to create that plugin, the only thing I have to know now is/are the right API call/s.
Btw, i could make a dropdown or something to let you choose which lang you want to use...
