I have stuffplug-NG and the dp stealer wont work.. maybe sometimes on rare occasions but it just stops working! Please help me

Any error messages? How does it "stop working"? Other plugins or add-ons installed?

Have you uninstalled stuffplug and reinstalled Stuffplug??
Also do you have the newest version of Stuffplug from http://www.stuffplug.com ?

yes and yes... maybe i dont understand how dpstealer works.. all i do is type /xcedpstealer and i expect to see on the list an image of the person of instant messing toos dp
