Is there a plugin that creates a list of tags and commands which is more organised than just pressing '/' in msgplus?

What do you mean with more organised? The commands are in alphabetical order when you press / and when you press ctrl+<letter>, you will see commands beginning with that letter.

Attached is the Plugin Manager download. The plug-in shows a neat list of all commands & tags of your plugins, also VB compatible.

I mean like a list which is categorised by plugin name, so the commands 4 dat plugin are in that category.

have a look at Plugin Manager...

but also, in your conversation window in the menu "Plus > Plugins", there you have all your plugins and their commands also...
