O.P. Contact list ads keep appearing

I have Plus set to hide the ads at the bottom of the contact list. When I first bring up the list, the ad is hidden. If I leave the list up or if I click on a menu item, the ad appears. If I scroll the contact list, it partially disappears again.

I have WinXP Pro SP 1 and the latest versions of MSNM and Plus.

WinXP Pro SP1
MSN Messenger 6.2.0137, MSG Plus! 3.01, JNRZ Loader for MSNM 6.2.0137

THis has been reported before and will be fixed in the next version,
The Ad banner does not hide - Known bug
