O.P. Grin  Large Emotions Plugin
Ok I searched the forum all day for this.

But it seems that alot of people want to have larger custom emotions.

Wouldn't someone be able to make a plugin that splits a picture into small emotions?

Like this?

1. Import big picture
2. Devide it into smaller pictures (The size of emotions)
3. Paste the little array of images into the conversation

You could use StuffPlug-NG to have larger CE's, but both contacts have to have it for them to show properly. If they don't want SPNG, then I'm sure someone will make a smaller, large-CE-only plugin at some point.

Actually this isn't a bad idea, it could work..
The bad thing is I can't see a way to get around the fact that everyone uses slightly difference chat window sizes if they have changed the window size for a variety of reasons or anything that changes the text box size the image would be screwed.
Even if someone's using a different resolution there could be problems...

i experimented with this a while back, however if you see in messenger you have the standard 19x19 emoticon on one line and then the second part beneath it you gain a small space where you started a new line

like this   :)

It's not even that big a space, but it's big enough

Also, you'd ahve to wrokaround the 5 emoticon limit

You could do that by getting stuffplug NG

Rofl, doesn't that defeat the whole purpose? :undecided:

If there was a way to do it without SPNG, it'd be cool

Exactly.

Stuffplug-NG ;)

With other words, works fine for all emoticons with a maximum height of 19px. As I have done myself..

And yeah.. sadly Stuffplug-NG needs to be on the receiving side to fix up the size of the emoticon. If not, the emoticon will appear as a shrunken one, back to 19x19px.
