O.P. Dodgy  Spyware Help
I downlaoded something from the internet that contained spyware. Now there is a little search bar above the task bar at the bottom of my screen:@.  I tryed a spyware remover program but it didnt work.  Anyone think they knopw how to fix this?

there should be "options" on the toolbar somewhere...and then their site somwehere too or just "uninstall" on a drop down window, it'll direct you to the uninstall site

Right click your Task Bar > Select Toolbars > Uncheck the options in the menu and add the ones that you want back.

lol forgot the bar in toolbars

the toolbar could be in add/remove programs too.

While that is true, the user has already tried using Spyware removal tools. The application cannot removing something that is in use. So if you hide it then you can try and remove it.

I fixed the problem after the first post, sorry for not posting, i shut down my computer after i did so.
