You blocked your conversations? Do you mean you locked messenger? If that is the case press CTRL+ALT+DEL and end the process of Messenger (msmsgs OR msnmsgr) then re open it. You will lose and conversations currently in progress. If this isn't the case please be a bit more specific with what is going on.
