Does MSN Plug allow you to (or is there any plug-in available to) perform the following task?

Everytime I open a new window and receive/send my first message, a message is automatically sent to that person.

This can be used for several reasons, such as automatic corporate disclaimers.

Please let me know...

The most similar thing to that that you can do is create a quick text with the disclaimer and assign a shortcut to it. Then you have to remember to use the shortcut each time you write/receive the 1st message. It's easy and quick but as long as I know there isn't any other way to do that automatically.

Thanks for the help, but it really has to be automatic.
