ok i just uninstalled msn, MsgPlus, stuffplug, everything.

i installed the latest msn, rebooted. then installed Messenger Plus and restarted. then installed stuffplug and restarted.  still nothing.

DX version: 8.1

SPNG currently does not support Win98se as you can see at http://www.stuffplug.com/
