O.P. Handwriting help

where do you install the ink to? because i installed to system32 and it does nothing and nowhere says anywhere to put it

that didn't help its what i got with handwriting, i need to know where to install it oh and the ink.exe file doesn't work it can't find InstMsiW.exe
