I was wondering 1. is there a way to see if your contact is chatting with another contact of your contact list and 2. knowing what contacts does your contact have in his/ her list?

Seems that the questions that i have posed seems to intrude privacy of the other contacts

Any pointers will be appreciated

That would be
a)Impossable unsless they installed a plugin.
b)An invasion of privacy
c)Illegal

Why cant you just ask them

However, you could always ask for this information

Guess there are invading other privacy.
Another question here, is there a way to delete your contact from someone else contact list? I know yahoo messenger can do that, wonder whether this can be implemented on msn?

nope, same thing old story, invasion of privacy...

(eg: I don't want you to be able to delete that particular girl of my list... If this was possible I'd sue MS )

all invasion of privacy. but in yahoo msg you can delete a contact from someone else's list? o cool. empty their list lol.

Yup, it working in yahoo. But you can ONLY romove your contact from others contact list.

You mean you could only delete yourself from others contact list? Ah, but that I would like although this can still be seen as invasion of privacy! Yes, even if it is yourself your deleting. But this would be nice in a way were some people say they don't use a particular email anymore and create another one, but forget to delete all their contacts from their list in the "old" email (and you can only delete someone from all your lists when that someone has deleted you)...
