Hi, I have WinXP with SP2, clean install yesterday.  I also hace MSN 6.2 and the latest version of Plus!.

I download the MsgPlusTweak.exe program today from http://www.msgplus.net/help_registry.php, but when I try to run it I get...

you can also search microsoft.com and download and install the Visual Basic run time files/libraries. "
