I totally agree with you. I've pointed this out to Patchou but evidently he does not agree.
Here are some more instances that in my opinion should be changed. No big deal, but...

Log-on with administrator privileges
Sorry, you must sign-in at least once
If you're already signed-in
sign-in and try again
who do not sign-in anymore
Warning: no user has signed-in yet!
please sign-in and open
one of your contacts signs-in
Please sign-in in order to configure this feature
the same password you use to sign-in
Con&tact signs-in
when contacts sign-in
please sign-in with another account
the next time your contact signs-in
If you're not signed-in yourself
(when he/she signs-in)
next time the contact signs-in
next time you sign-in
when I sign-in

This should speak for itself:
http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=sign-in ;)
No, I didn't search before
posting. Don't bother asking.

I wouldn't even call it a bug! And no, very few people care (or even notice), but it's SO easy to fix.

Normal English phrasal verbs (give up, take off, etc.) don't have dashes between them, I don't see why Sign In or Log In should, since they are just that: phrasal verbs. :-/
