A nice welcoming message pops up when you logon.

That's because MsgPlus! Initializes on MSN Messenger startup and when it loads the preferences when you login, so i can't chenge that.
You could set your Messenger to log you in automatic to solve the problem.

I know it doesn't fit. It's just to let you know it's not a plus! feature but a plugin. I might change it to Welcome Popup If I make a new version.

And i would need to change it to make it look like a plus! popup. (that's the meaning of it. maybe next version with Messenger
API)
