O.P. Floating Contacts Suggestion

Ok i had a quick search for this and i couldn't find another relevent one.

Anyway....

The idea (I)

- Be able to drag and drop files into the desktop contacts. Simple but would be very useful i think

. I mean you can drag and drop onto contact windows so why not the desktop contacts just makes sense to me
